Head of Structured Solutions

Head of Structured Solutions | Crypto | Europe, Remote

We’re working with a fully remote, regulated, Bitcoin-first financial institution bridging digital assets and traditional finance who are building a Structured Solutions function spanning yield products, tokenisation, asset-backed lending and structured credit.

As Head of Structured Solutions, you will own an established, revenue-generating credit fund and its counterparty relationships, while shaping the strategy for future products. Reporting to the CFO, you will work closely with the Investment Committee, external Investment Manager, Treasury and Risk, with the autonomy to build and grow the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the credit fund, counterparties and investment strategy
• Design and launch new structured products across yield, lending, tokenisation and digital assets
• Lead credit underwriting, due diligence and ongoing counterparty risk
• Set exposure, concentration and risk limits
• Originate new counterparties and present opportunities to the Investment Committee
• Oversee the external Investment Manager, fund operations and governance
• Partner with Treasury and Risk on pricing, stress testing and execution
• Build and lead the Structured Solutions team

What We’re Looking For

• Senior experience across structured products, investment management, credit or digital assets
• Strong credit underwriting and counterparty risk expertise
• Experience assessing both traditional financial institutions and crypto-native businesses
• Strong quantitative and modelling capabilities
• Track record launching financial products
• Experience with Investment Committees and formal governance
• Proven people leadership and team-building experience
• Strong understanding of Bitcoin, traditional markets and their intersection

Nice to have: fund operations, regulated fund structures, institutional crypto relationships, treasury/ALCO experience, or experience taking over and scaling an existing book.
