Head of Legal

Head of Legal | Fintech | London (full-time, on-site)

We’re hiring for a fast-growing enterprise AI company transforming how major financial institutions produce and validate client-ready work. They’re scaling rapidly and need a Head of Legal to own all legal matters as they expand.

The role

• You’ll oversee every legal aspect of the business, ensuring full compliance while supporting aggressive growth in a highly regulated sector
• This includes: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts (ToS, NDAs, etc.) and building a robust contract-management system
• Handling corporate governance, financing events, investment agreements and due-diligence processes
• Managing visa/immigration work, employment law matters and HR legal support
• Owning privacy, data-processing and cybersecurity legal compliance
• You’ll report directly to the founders and work closely with external counsel when needed.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years’ experience at a tier-1 law firm
• Strong academic credentials
• Willingness to work extremely hard in a high-pressure, fast-changing environment
