The Opportunity

We’re working with a high-growth technology business operating at the intersection of financial services, regulation and data.

The business works with some of the world’s leading financial institutions, helping them navigate increasingly complex regulatory requirements through technology and data-driven solutions.

As the business continues to scale, they’re looking for an experienced Programme Manager to take ownership of a number of high-priority, cross-functional programmes and help drive them from strategy through to execution.

This is a role for someone who enjoys operating in a fast-moving environment, bringing structure to complex initiatives and working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and deliver strategic programmes from initial definition through to successful implementation.
• Build clear programme plans, milestones, dependencies and delivery frameworks.
• Coordinate teams across Product, Technology, Operations, Commercial and other business functions.
• Work closely with senior leadership to ensure programmes remain aligned to wider business objectives.
• Identify delivery risks, blockers and dependencies, putting effective mitigation plans in place.
• Establish clear governance, reporting and communication across multiple workstreams.
• Track progress against key milestones, budgets and business outcomes.
• Bring structure and accountability to complex, sometimes ambiguous projects.
• Challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities to improve how programmes are delivered.
• Ensure stakeholders have clear visibility of progress, risks and key decisions.
• Support the development of a more mature programme management function as the organisation continues to grow.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with a strong track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programmes within a technology-led environment.

You’ll ideally have:

• Proven experience working as a Programme Manager, Senior Project Manager or similar.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong programme governance and delivery experience.
• The ability to operate comfortably across both technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A structured, commercially minded approach to problem solving.
• Experience working in a regulated, financial services, SaaS or data-driven environment.
• The confidence to challenge, influence and drive decisions at senior level.
• A hands-on approach — someone who is comfortable getting into the detail rather than simply managing from a distance.
