The Role

The firm is looking for a Prediction Markets Trading Lead to build and scale a high-performance trading operation across global prediction and event-driven markets.

This role is suited to someone who combines strong trading instincts with quantitative thinking and understands how to build scalable trading operations from the ground up.

You may come from backgrounds including:

• Prediction markets
• Sports trading
• Market making
• HFT / systematic trading
• Event-driven macro trading
• Exchange or sportsbook trading
• Crypto trading and liquidity provision

The ideal individual understands the inefficiencies that still exist across prediction markets and sees the opportunity to industrialise pricing, execution, and liquidity provision across fragmented venues.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the firm’s prediction markets trading function
• Develop systematic and semi-systematic trading strategies across global venues
• Design pricing, execution, and risk frameworks for live event-driven markets
• Identify structural inefficiencies across exchanges, sportsbooks, and related financial markets
• Work closely with quant researchers and engineers to deploy scalable trading systems
• Drive automation across execution, monitoring, and risk management
• Help shape the long-term strategic direction of the prediction markets business
• Recruit and mentor traders, researchers, and technical talent as the platform scales
• Build relationships with venues, counterparties, and liquidity providers

Requirements

• Strong experience within trading, quantitative research, market making, or sports/prediction markets
• Deep understanding of live market dynamics and pricing behaviour
• Experience managing risk and deploying capital in real-time environments
• Strong commercial instincts alongside quantitative thinking
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments
• Ability to move between strategy, execution, infrastructure, and leadership
• Technical exposure to Python, systematic tooling, or trading infrastructure is beneficial
• Genuine interest in prediction markets and event-driven trading

Preferred Backgrounds

• Experience trading on prediction market platforms such as Kalshi or Polymarket
• Sports modelling or sportsbook trading experience
• Market making or liquidity provision background
• Crypto-native trading experience
• Experience scaling automated trading systems
• Existing network within prediction markets or adjacent trading ecosystems
