Director, Revenue Growth | New York City | Fintech/Crypto | Up to $250K

We’re partnered with one of the most established consumer fintech and digital asset platforms in the market. With millions of customers already using the platform and a sophisticated CRM and engagement infrastructure in place, they’re now looking for a commercially-minded operator to turn their existing customer base into a major revenue engine.

This isn’t a traditional CRM role.

This isn’t lifecycle marketing.

And it definitely isn’t brand marketing.

This is a revenue role disguised as a marketing role.

You’ll own customer monetisation across the entire platform, identifying opportunities to increase transaction activity, drive product adoption, reactivate dormant users and generate measurable revenue growth from an established customer base.

You’ll report directly into executive leadership and have the freedom to create, launch and optimise campaigns across every product line. Success is simple: revenue generated, customers activated and growth delivered.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own revenue growth from an established customer base across multiple products and services
• Design, launch and optimise lifecycle, CRM, in-app, push notification and email campaigns that drive measurable revenue
• Identify monetisation opportunities across customer segments and build campaigns that influence customer behaviour
• Increase monthly transacting users through activation, retention and reactivation initiatives
• Drive adoption of new and existing products through highly targeted campaigns
• Partner closely with product, analytics and leadership teams to uncover revenue opportunities
• Analyse campaign performance, attribution and commercial impact in real time
• Run continuous A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion and customer engagement
• Monitor competitor campaigns and identify opportunities to apply winning strategies
• Own campaign performance from initial concept through to revenue delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Experience owning revenue growth, customer growth or monetisation initiatives at scale
• Strong background in Growth Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, Retention, Customer Growth or Revenue Marketing
• Experience building and executing campaigns that influence customer behaviour and drive measurable commercial outcomes
• Exceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Comfortable working independently with significant ownership and accountability
• Strong understanding of segmentation, experimentation, attribution and customer economics
• Experience working with CRM and customer engagement platforms
• Ability to move quickly, test ideas and iterate based on results
• Crypto experience is beneficial, but not essential.

What matters most is a proven track record of driving revenue growth from an existing customer base.
