ETF Product Manager (Director / MD ) – Market Making

A global financial institution is expanding its ETF Market Making capabilities in the United States and is seeking an experienced Director or Managing Director-level Product Manager to lead the design, delivery, and launch of a next-generation ETF Market Making platform.

This role is based in New York in a highly collaborative, office-based environment working closely with trading, engineering, and product teams. The successful candidate will have significant ownership over the product roadmap and will drive strategy from initial concept through to production rollout.

The position interacts frequently with senior product leadership, business leads for ETF Market Making, and global engineering heads across trading technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management

• Define and execute the product strategy for ETF market making solutions.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimisation.
• Ensure product alignment with trading, sales, regulatory guidelines, and broader market developments.
• Partner with trading desks, quantitative teams, compliance, legal, technology, and operations to enhance and refine ETF market making tools.
• Work with engineering teams to develop and improve trading algorithms, pricing engines, and market data feeds.
