Mid-Senior Brand Designer | London

This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing, heavily funded AI startup that is transforming how major financial institutions operate. The business recently secured a $75 million Series A and is backed by some of the world’s leading technology investors.

They’re looking for a highly creative, hands-on Senior Brand Designer to help build their brand from the ground up, working directly with the Creative Director, Marketing Lead and founding team.

Unlike a traditional brand design role, this position combines big-picture creative thinking with hands-on design execution. You’ll be responsible for developing original campaign concepts and bringing them to life across digital marketing, social media, outdoor advertising, events and product launches.

They’re particularly interested in someone who:

• Has around 5–7 years of experience in brand design, art direction or creative agencies.
• Can develop big creative ideas rather than simply execute existing brand guidelines.
• Has exceptional visual design skills, particularly typography, layout and storytelling.
• Is highly proficient in Figma, ideally with some motion design experience.
• Enjoys fast-paced startup environments and wants genuine creative ownership.
