Their objective was to grow out their Technology Team with major focus on their Backend Team, where they were struggling to recruit high quality candidates. Bud wanted to achieve this rapid growth in the most cost effective and efficient way. We were initially brought in alongside 8 other agencies who had been working with Bud previously. Each of our consultants specialise in their own market which allows them to build a strong network in their field therefore allowing us to provide the best match for each role at Bud.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-blocks-addons-block-post-quote block-post-quote glass-panel\"><span class=\"block-post-quote__mark has-primary-brand-color has-text-color\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u201c<\/span><blockquote class=\"block-post-quote__text\">\u201cAlbert Bow helped us scale last year where we went from 17 people Jan\u201918 to over 60 by Dec\u201918.
